Delivery Information

All products ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Items ordered outside of these times are dispatched at the next earliest opportunity. We hold almost ALL products in stock - if a product is not in stock you will be informed when you purchase it, and it will be dispatched immediately as soon as we receive stock.

UK Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded Delivery

We will send your products by 1^st Class Recorded Delivery, unless the value exceeds the maximum insurance covered by 1^st Class Recorded, in which case we will send them via Special delivery (see Below). All delivery's will require a signature of the customer - if you are not available to take delivery your package will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Depot, and a card will be left at your address, you will need to go to the depot and collect your package or arrange re-delivery.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day, up to £500.00 Insurance Value)

This form of delivery is insured against loss or damage up to £500.00 in value. All delivery's will require a signature of the customer, if you are not available to take delivery your package will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Depot, and a card will be left at your address, you will need to go to the depot and collect your package or arrange re-delivery Delivery is the next working day before 1.00pm excluding Saturdays & Bank Holidays.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following methods of payment: credit and debit cards, cash, cheques, made payable to game console world all payment is made is Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Goods

We take great care to package all of our products very carefully to avoid damage in transit of goods, however sometimes products can be damaged in transit. All damaged goods must be immediately reported to us - do not attempt to repair or fix any product you believe is damaged, contact us and we will then arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us and we will dispatch you a fully working product.

Faulty Goods Returned

Game Console World believe that you will be more than happy with your product, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return a product. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. With any return you must return the item including all parts included with this item, due to intensive testing of all returns the results can take up to 7 days.

Unwanted Goods

For items ordered within the EEC Under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel the order the item must be un-used, unopened and in a re-saleable condition i.e. all packing, accessories etc. and must be returned at your expense. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has been received by game console world - less the initial cost of shipping incurred by ourselves. Refunds are issued by cheque the within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Returns will only be accepted if you have arrange this with game console world.
